OPCG Online Support

For account, installation, update or gameplay-access problems, email developer@opcg-online.com. Include your platform, application version and a short description of the problem. Never send your password or authentication codes.

Account and privacy requests

You can permanently delete your account from the Account section in the application. If you cannot access the application, use the dedicated account deletion page. Use the same address to request account-data access or correction.

Updates

OPCG Online requires the current version selected for its environment. When an update is required, finish any active match, close the application and install the version offered by the official OPCG Online download or store page.

Service status

Planned maintenance is announced in the application. During maintenance, new battles may be disabled while active matches are allowed to finish.

OPCG Online is an unofficial fan-made project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of the One Piece Card Game or its associated intellectual property.
